I have been a patient of Dr Bakhtary for many years. She is a dedicated professional that really knows her area. I am a patient that because of a medical condition sees Dr Bakhtary at least 4 times a year. She has given me excellent care that resulted in a reversal form a very negative analysis at one point. Brandy nd the staff there are very helpful and accomodating.
The front desk staff is extremely rude. Their bills department tried to double charge me for my co-pay. Even after I mailed and emailed them my bank statement they continued to harrass me. I requested my medical records and chart. They still haven't provided me with a copy.
I saw Dr. Bakhtary at Northridge Hospital being treated for an infection in my left ankle That hadn’t responded to a double dose of oral antibiotics. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, caring, & a great listener. My next contact was later that afternoon I got a phone call telling me that we still don’t know anything but they have to report my case to the CDC for a PCR test for Monkey pox?? & that I would be quarantined until we know more. Horrible experience. Front office is rude but worse than that she completely missed that I was having an allergic reaction to the medication, and not that my infection was getting worse. Came really close to having an unecessary operation
Dr. Bhaktary is a very pleasant and knowledgeable doctor and made me feel at ease immediately. I was really pleased with her ability to understand my situation and to explain to me what I was dealing with. She went over my test results very thoroughly with me and helped me understand they meant. I left feeling very confident about the treatment she recommended and would definitely return if l ever needed help again. I recommend her very highly if someone ever needed to see a disease specialist
Solved my 14 months antibiotic solution in one visit and I love her and her wisdom!
