One of the best doctors I have had here in Orlando. The front desk staff not so good. They wouldn’t let me schedule with Dr. Maria De Leon due to not being there in a year( Covid was happening).. after Covid pandemic I tried to schedule an appointment and they said I was considered a new patient and she is not taking new patients!
Worst medical practice ever. Doctor is uncaring and has no empathy. Does not listen and is condescending. Please avoid at all costs.

I agree that this office needs to improve in terms of working with family of the patient . They are hard and lack empathy when dealing with family. I don’t even know if Dr Deleon is aware that their office staff takes way too long to answer the phone or needs training to improve customer service.
