My mother called to ask about a prescription and was told by the girl who answered the phone that they were busy and she didn’t have time to find the information.
Staff is rude. We waited almost two hours just to get approval from insurance, which never takes that long! Tried calling many times for appointment but they don’t answer their phones. You have to leave message. Horrible patient care!
Front off receptionists never can answer the phones. You can call all day and will get no one. Then when you go in you last about 2 hours there for a 10 minute visit.
The doctor herself is a good doctor. Very communicative with my grandfather and cares about her patients. But as far as other staff members and them assisting her patients, they can be rude and disrespectful. Imagine a doctors office saying they dont carry extra mask and then randomly charging the patient $2 for a mask? A 70 year old Army veteran has to pay $2 for a paper mask. Imagine that.
