So i was one of her 1st patients when she began; I had a simple office visit appointment, but somehow missed the exit, and lost 15 minutes in travel time; I drove like a maniac, ran up the stairs, at 80, huffing and puffing; The desk lady made a call, then said that it was beyond the 15 minute appt time buffer; The appt was at 4--it was 4;16!....I wrote the Dr, who alleged she was "unaware"; still, she agreed that the refusal to see me was valid; I said I hope they put up a sign in the waiting room that says, "Feel Free to L... read more

For any friends or family who use Northeast Medical Group, and specifically Dr. Maria Silva Chuecos i would like to share what professional and great practice this is! Wait times to get in initially can be long, but they take excellent care of patients! Highly recommend.

For any friends or family who use Northeast Medical Group, and specifically Dr. Maria Silva Chuecos i would like to share what an absolute horrible experience my family and I have had over the last 10 years. They couldnt possibly be worse. I have has asthma for 30 years!!! Its really not that hard to call in refills for your patients. I frequently need to use my inhaler to have comfortable breathing. They NEVER refill on time, constantly blame the pharmacy, do not accept resposibility for their actions, do not listen or try ... read more
