I have been calling this facility for TWO WHOLE WEEKS and NO ONE ever picks up the phone. Says the offices are closed and you leave a voicemail and no one ever gets back to you. I guess doctor doesn't want new business or cares for new patients. They also NEVER work since their office has been closed for over two weeks. DON'T GO HERE!
Horrible!!! My husband had a stroke in November of 2016. I have called the office 4-5 times for a doctor's note for the insurance company to continue his disability payments. Every time I speak to the receptionist she assures me a letter is going out to the Dr. and the insurance company. To date nothing has been received it is March of 2017. What do I do?
Employees never return my phone calls. 5 phone calls in 1 week and I'm told they will call me back and never do.
