I was so happy about the way the welcoming new patients and how all processes were made by professionals
For every annual exam, I’ve always seen a nurse practitioner, and they’ve been amazing—kind, considerate, and truly willing to listen. Unfortunately, during my last visit I was scheduled with Dr. Keanchong. She came across as cold and lacked bedside manner. Because of this experience, I’ve decided to leave this practice and find another doctor.
