This was my first office visit and I have to say the office is very nice and clean and the atmosphere was warm. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions I had. I had only one consultation with Dr. Keanchong and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Keanchong is very easy to talk to and compassionate. I am very happy and confident with my decision to have her as my Doctor.
Dr. Ross is awesome. I love the hospitality and the realness the office and doctors bring. She’s to the point and loves her patients.
I appreciate how straightforward Dr. Keanchong is and I always feel comfortable asking her questions. She also is very clear about what she is doing and when. I think her personality may not work for everyone but I feel that she has been great for me and I felt she was amazing in the delivery of my son.
The first time I was scheduled with her, it was for my anual exam. She was apparently with another client & the nurse told me I had to be seen by someone else or wait an hour until they came back from lunch. I basically had no choice and someone else saw me. I was supposed to have been prescribed something after my first visit, but I wasn’t. So, I went again & this time I saw Dr. Maria.
