I went to Dr. Keanchong, after spending many years trying to find a good gyno, who can listen and help with my health concerns and questions. Unfortunately, I walked out of my appointment feeling extremely discouraged and upset. Dr. Keanchong's bedside manner is not good, very poor actually. The minute she walked into the exam room, she was very standoffish. I love Dr. Keanchong. She is personable with me & doesnt rush with me. We always have an informative conversation at my exam. Office is clean & staff friendly & on point.
Nice office space, on time appointment, nice staff and amazing doctor (Keanchong).
I felt like what I was experiencing wasn’t really being heard or considered important. Instead, the doctor quickly concluded that, based on the survey I completed, I have depression and anxiety, and said that’s why all of this is happening. It left me feeling like my concerns were dismissed rather than fully explored.
