Ignore anything bad you have ever heard about both Dr. Maria Nwokike and Dr. Jerome Nwokike! These doctors are amazing. They take their time with each patient giving them quality healthcare. Dr. Maria Nwokike is very patient and kind whenever I visit her, she is the only Doctor to successfully diagnose and treat me. Dr. Jerome is also great, he is great with kids and will listen to your concerns; taking them into consideration. The STAFF IS REMARKABLE!!!! DO NOT go to this doctor!! The phone is never answered, the office staff lie to you, you can not get an appointment. Once you are dependent on medication , he will not renew your prescription ever and you go through withdrawals and end up in ER. This doctor is a quack and should have his license revoked.
The only reason I came on here is not only to review the Dr Maria Nwokike, but more so her staff. The doctor herself is very caring and seems like a great doctor.....but, her staff need to be replaced. I've never talked to or met staff, that seem to care less about patients. Do not waste your time with Jerome Nwokike. I should have known the incompetence of his staff when I was trying to schedule an appointment was a sign of bad things to come. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor, I was notified that despite what I was told when I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks prior, that they did not accept my insurance.
