I am extremely dissatisfied with the process of my scheduled appointment. I booked my appointment after confirming the availability through a phone call. Despite confirming the day before my scheduled visit, upon arriving at the practice, I was stunned to discover that Dr. Martinez was not available and not at her practice. Appointment handling of this practice needs improvement as I did my part as a patient, yet still faced issues. My experience was not satisfactory, thus I cannot recommend this practice.
I really loved their place and work, l just felt so welcome and really well treated, not just me but my husband as well. I highly recommend doctor Martinez.
Dr. Martinez is an amazing dentist. She cares about her patients. I have never had a doctor explain to me, how to heal my mouth. She takes time to explain and answer my questions. She works with me with the treatment plan and now I am no longer afraid to go to the Dentist.
