Horrible This doctor charges the insurances for services that she does not do on the clients. She was found out and then yelled at us-wrote a personal check for the difference paid to her, and then she claimed that it wasn't a big deal that she did that because she didn't get much anyways. Really? Fraudulent doctor! should have her license taken away!
Great Experience, Perfect Doctor I had read very, almost over the top negative reviews of Dr. Macduff online prior to my visit. My experience, however, was completely contrary to these. I found nearly every aspect of my experience to be comfortable and efficient. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, the nurse was sweet and attentive, and Dr. Macduff had an absolutely perfect disposition. She is very knowledgeable, level, pleasant, and communicative. A true old-fashioned family doctor My favorite thing about Dr. Macduff is that she really spends time with you and tries to find the root of the problem, rather than just treating the most obvious symptom and sending you away again. Dr. Macduff is a very intuitive doctor, as well, and often sees through the surface problems to deeper issues, or catches trouble that's just beginning to brew.
