They never answer the phone.
Its not the gynecologist its the office, I called to make an appointment for my wife on July 1st I verified they took her insurance and we waited for the appointment today August 11th. Just for my wife to show up to the appointment and be told they don't take our insurance, so now my wife waited a month and a half for an appointment and is 4 months pregnant and still hasnt been seen because we were assured this place took her insurance.
