My experience with the doctor was excellent; however, my interaction with Max was extremely disappointing. He was unprofessional and consistently rude throughout the visit. I strongly recommend that he receive additional training in customer service and professional etiquette. Unfortunately, due to this negative experience, I will not be returning.
