I've been trying for a couple of weeks to make an appointment for a colonoscopy. Left many messages with no response. Even my PCP can't seem to get them to respond.
I have been a patient of Dr. House's for four years. She listens, is very caring and good at what she does. She and Stephanie (her assistant) make an awkward appointment very matter of fact. Enjoy their personalities.
I would recommend her to anyone .. she is so sweet and cares about her patients......if she don't have an answer by you're questions she'll get the answer ...very loving and caring doctor....
I had a colonoscopy this morning with Dr House. She's wonderful! Professional, kind, caring. Exactly what I love in a Dr.
I had bleeding problems after my colonoscopy. The office staff told me that was unusual /not possible and I had difficulty even getting in to see Dr. House. By the time I got in for an appointment, my count was very low. Even so, Dr. House did not refer me for additional care. My internist coincidentally saw the results of my blood work and immediately scheduled a much needed transfusion. Perhaps the services are fine if no follow-up is needed. You can not depend on staff to be responsible.
I recently underwent a procedure to correct internal and external hemorrhoids, skin tags removed, along with a routine colonoscopy for safe measure. Dr House was very kind and compassionate. She was my advocate in the hospital while dealing with pain management. She went above and beyond following up with me after the procedure and after being sent home. She truly cares about her patients; their outcome, and the total procedural experience.
