As someone that works in healthcare it’s always sad to see Dr’s not doing their job or taking such a long time to fill out important papers that will help her patients. First interaction w her was horrible as we had to wait an hour after my grandmas appointment was scheduled for. I recently took some forms almost two weeks ago for Dr. to sign them and I have been calling them and until today almost two weeks later she tells the manager that she needs to see my grandma in person in order for her to fill out the forms . The doctor is so nice I like that way she listens to me to the person in front is so rude and condescending She needs to be in the back cause she is so brude, no place for her in the front she.Needs to go

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience in hopes that it may help others. I initially chose Dr. Maria Fuentes because I thought she would understand me better as a fellow woman and truly take the time to listen and help. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Dr Fuentes is great, caring and takes her time to listen to your concern’s. Dr Fuentes is thorough on my medical needs regarding up to date on lab work, and screenings that need to be done. Really don’t understand why she is getting bad reviews. I left one Doctor because she didn’t listen, never looked at you when you’re trying to explain. Just reordered your prescriptions.
