My appointment was at 10:45a and I was still sitting in the waiting room at 11:43a, that was terrible. I was never told that the doctor was running late or would be with me soon. When I asked how much longer I was told that the doctor “always” runs behind. I was utilizing my lunch break for my appointment and could understand a 10 minute delay, but an hour and then I was told that the appointment would last about a hour. Dr. Francis is thorough and communicates very well. I would highly recommend.
Dr was late to my first appointment, it was the first one of the day and she arrived to the building after the appointment was scheduled. I do not feel my issues we're listened to or questions answered. On my follow up virtual appointment, again the doctor was late, there were technical issues and miscommunication between staff. *My appointment were in summer of 2020
