Wonderful doctor! Very through, spends time and explains everything. Listens to her patients and is very knowledgeable.
The staff is patronizing and will talk down to you as if you are a child. If you have changed insurance and moved across states, like me, or have test results from multiple doctors I'd pass this office up. They make you jump through so many hoops you'll feel like you're performing in a circus. I was even advised to go to a public library to fax a copy of my insurance card. I have been a patient of Dr Francis for many years. She’s very caring and takes her time to explain everything clearly. She has always given me excellent advice. She has referred me to some of the best doctors when I need other care. I trust her 100% with any advice she gives me. So glad I was referred to her years ago. I highly recommend her.
She is an amazing Doctor. I love how she takes the time to explain things and helps you understand better ways of taking care of yourself. It really seems that she cares for her patients.
