Hatol should have retited a long time ago. It took me going to another doctor for my dad to just get a NEW walker. It was to be a Christmas gift, so I did not want to bring him into the office to talk about a new walker. He sees Hatol on a regular basis, so she is very well aware of inability to walk unassisted. The doctor that helped me readily and easily does not see my dad often, but had the common sense to approve the new walker without hassle.
