The wait times EVERY SINGLE TIME I bring my mother here are astronomical. It’s absolutely terrible scheduling and time management. There is never a time it’s less than an hour to see the Dr. My provider is so much more expedient, I wish my mother lived closer and I’d switch her.

Been going here for over 3 years and it's just gotten worse and worse. I went thru SSRI withdrawal for over a week because they are incapable of answering the phone. I called literally dozens of times with no answer. Sometimes I was able to leave a message, i think I left 2 or 3 messages, but more often the line just hung up. This was a particularly bad incident, but in my experience it's normal for me to wait anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes before anyone bothers to answer the phone. So tired of trying to get thru to Dr. Goleba office..it's been 3 days I've called and just can leave a voicemail...I've called morning, noon and by 5:00.
