This practice has horribly diminished over the past 6 months! Staff (ones who are left and new) are rude and inept at communicating between patients and practitioners! The PA seems to be overwhelmed and no longer very accurate in providing follow-up care and Rx orders...Left practice today!
She’s been my doctor for 20 years and she’s called me at 8:30 at night to give me test results. She’s wonderful. She cares about her patients.
Long time patient. Every visit is a pleasure. Appointment times are 99% on time. Dr. Salamatin is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with new medicines and procedures. It is very comforting to be well taken care of by Dr, Salamatin and the associates at Desert Angels Medical Clinic.
She is great but she referred me to the NP because she wasn't taking any new patients. The NP is horrible. Would never go to her again. Doesn't speak English very well and isn't nice.
I moved from Florida to BHC and I was referred to this doctor. The doctor was very human and down to earth. She has very good bedside manner. She did not seem to be in a rush to meet quota. She explains clearly and breaks down those medical terms. Her staff is awesome. Very caring individuals who'd go out of their way to help. The doctor is extremely knowledgable and I highly recommend her.
I have been having problems getting my medicine filled. Of course my health provider didn't help by changing where to have medicine filled like 3X. But that's not my fault I go by what they say. So on the phone I was told by (recorded message to get refills your pharmacy has to call office but took forever. So my husband stopped into office and was like well your wife didn't call for refill so they said I had to call it in their office. Dr. SALAMATIN is the most caring, compassionate, knowledgeable physician I have ever had the privilege of seeing during my 78 years on this earth. I would highly recommend her to anyone in Bullhead City.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr Salamatin for about 10 years. We feel that she is an excellent physician, and we always receive excellent care
