Dr. Castillo is the best of the best! I decided to join Northern Virginia Family practice a few months ago and am so glad I have Dr. Castillo managing my health. She takes her time when listening to you and always helps you understand and feel comfortable with her course of treatment. She is everything you would want in a provider!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr Castillo-Catoni on INOVA website and an hour later one of her medical assistants called me to cancel the appointment. The MA said that Dr. Castillo-Catoni was not receiving new patients, however INOVA website allowed me to book my appointment. I think a big health group such INOVA should keep their MDs information up to date, appointment booking included. So far I can say, I haven't had a pleasant experience with Dr. Castillo-Catoni. 5 years after my initial review and I still give this doctor 5 stars. I have multiple health issues and she stays on top of them all and has good communication with all of my specialists. That is no easy task. She is attentive, engaged and - quite frankly - brilliant. Sometimes when people are as highly intelligent as she clearly is, their people skills are lacking. Very disappointed with staff service. I can't schedule an appointment because I haven't seen the doctor recently... I called a week ago and could not schedule an appointment because the doctor was fully book... very frustrating process

I've lived in several states and I had good doctors. But, Dr. Catillo-Catoni has been the best primary care physician I've ever had. I highly recommend her when she is open to accepting new patients.
