Absolutely love Dr. Brake!! She was attentive and informative and helped me get back to feeling like my healthily self.
She might be a great doctor but her bedside manor with moms and little children was horrible. I was referred by my doctor to see this person for my kid with concerns of possible reaccurant ear infection and as a result I was spoken to very condisendingly about what an ear infection presents like. I'm not saying the content of our conversation wasn't helpful, but presentation is everything
Most fragile ego of any professional I've encountered. I disagreed with her diagnosis after the mass in my face did not resolve itself after surgery. I called in to ask for a referral and she retaliated against me. Nearly a year later, still has not resolved and I'm continuing to suffer. Seeing another ENT who is finally taking me more seriously and doing due dligence. Used to believe all doctors get into healthcare to help people; I no longer believe that.
