Dr. Brake has been excellent with my two young children. She is professional, patient, and consistently takes the time to address my questions thoroughly. I’ve always felt heard during appointments, and she engages with my children in a calm and reassuring manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate ENT surgeon.
Absolutely love Dr. Brake!! She was attentive and informative and helped me get back to feeling like my healthily self.
She might be a great doctor but her bedside manor with moms and little children was horrible. I was referred by my doctor to see this person for my kid with concerns of possible reaccurant ear infection and as a result I was spoken to very condisendingly about what an ear infection presents like. I'm not saying the content of our conversation wasn't helpful, but presentation is everything
