She might be a great doctor but her bedside manor with moms and little children was horrible. I was referred by my doctor to see this person for my kid with concerns of possible reaccurant ear infection and as a result I was spoken to very condisendingly about what an ear infection presents like. I'm not saying the content of our conversation wasn't helpful, but presentation is everything
Most fragile ego of any professional I've encountered. I disagreed with her diagnosis after the mass in my face did not resolve itself after surgery. I called in to ask for a referral and she retaliated against me. Nearly a year later, still has not resolved and I'm continuing to suffer. Dr Brake is a fantastic surgeon. She did my thyroid surgery and it went the best it could’ve gone! She is kind, caring, patient and always listened to my questions. I have had no complications with my healing and am getting back to my regular activities! I can’t thank you enough Dr. Brake and team for all your hard work and care, it is greatly appreciated.
