I was a patient of Dr. marks for more 20 years and I am completely satisfied with the excellent treatment that I received. I very much respected her opinion because she respected mine. She is a terrible person. my 30 yr old son had uncontrollable face drooping and Dr Mark was recommended, when we finally did meet her she didn't have the professional courtesy to introduce herself and proceeded to say a series of rude and uncompassionate things that were the worst bedside manner I have ever been subjected. She should be ashamed of her behavior and work on choosing her words more carefully. She scarred our hearts. Dr Mark is loyal to her patients. She really does care. She is excellent with movement disorders and medications.
My 30 yr old daughter suffered a cardiac arrest and has some amount of brain trauma from oxygen deprivation. We waited 7 full days to meet and talk to Dr. Mark regarding her condition. When we finally did meet her she didn't have the professional courtesy to introduce herself and proceeded to say a series of rude and uncompassionate things that were the worst bedside manner I have ever been subjected to in 66 years.
