Horrible customer service!!! I can't ever get a hold of anyone when I call. They have had me on a back and forth with my insurance to get an approval for almost a year... Still haven't gotten anywhere. The receptionists are super rude and don't really care to help you. The doctor knows what she is talking about, but won't even give me a temporary solution for my condition without getting all these labs done that I can't get approved.
