I understand the one stars now. I like dr Wong but one of her receptionists is rude & incompetent. It shouldn’t be this hard to ask for a prescription to be placed or to at least ask to leave a message. For the last 2 weeks when I call, she says she’s on lunch or the office is closed (I make sure to call anytime from 9am-3pm) even left a few messages & asked to call me back. Never got a call back. Horrible experience. She has little to no bedside manner and caused my my mother angst and anxiety with a health scare. She blamed my mother for not being diligent with her obgyn appointments during Covid.
The doctor here doesnt take the time to listen to you or examine you. Spends 3 minutes then wants to charge you for the visit
