Useless. Called to check if they take new patients. The receptionist said no and when i asked her a question, she said ok and hung up Avoid at all costs.
My daughter was very sick in the morning and happened to drive by this place at 8:30am. I waited at the front carrying my sick child in my arms with the staff inside opening up seeing me stand there. They waited until 9am to open and asked me if I've been here before, to which I said no, first time. The 'lady' receptionist rudely says "We aren't taking new patients" and turned us away. I’ve been seeing Dr Vo since back when she worked in Footscray. She is compassionate, understanding and always listens. I’m so glad we have someone like her caring for us.
