I've seen Doctor Tsai and I love her as my doctor and my husband.
She is Amazing. Very Caring. She does have an overload of patients but has some good np to share the load
Had a very poor experience with this did not even do a full exam I explained to her that my neck was constantly popping and I deal with two bulging disc and dextroscoliosis which was found on a MRI also explained that being on my feet for an hour to 2 hours at a time that my ankle start to swell I do not believe I was properly taken care of and not understood with this doctor and was referred to Dr girgis a pain management doctor referred by her and that pain management doctor denied me of even having a orthopedic pillow to ... read more
When I began seeing her a few years ago she seemed to have a genuine interest in my care. I went back last year thinking maybe some of my issues stemmed from Lyme's Disease, Sjogrens, etc, she checked my ankles for swelling, moved my leg around, clapped her hands that it wasn't painful. I asked about vitamin deficiency, she told my to ask my primary Dr to order the test. Not very helpful but "my doors always open", yeah, to waste my time, energy and money!
