I don’t ever write reviews but feel compelled to write what a terrible experience I just had. I called to reschedule an appointment I had to cancel due to a work engagement I couldn’t move and they told me because I canceled too often I couldn’t be a patience anymore. Mind you they had to cancel an appointment on me and just gave me that Feb date without consulting. Excellent doctor working with a fantastic team (Well by Messer in NYC, Manhattan). Dr. Ryan was very thorough in her explanation of the plan she put me in. She explained in detail how the medication works and answered all my questions. She has a great personality and is very bright and warm. I'm planning to come back! (Receptionist Caitlin was excellent too!).

So glad Ms Lee wrote her review. I was considering an appointment with Ms Ryan but I've changed my mind. Can't imagine how a "Dr" could act this way. Can't put Dr before her name.

HEARTLESS Practice!! My father who had several major seizures and ended up in emergency room at Bryn Mawr Hospital was referred to this practice to be seen by an endocrinologist. They had no opening for a month so I put him on a waiting list for any cancellation appointment. When they had an opening two weeks ago, I arranged him to be seen by Dr. Ryan.
