During visits, she wasted time talking about her personal issues rather than addressing patient concerns. Never gave the sense that she actually cared. Just checking a box and sending you on your way until the next appointment. More importantly, if you have a high-risk pregnancy, stay away from her. Trying to get a hold of her during emergency situations was difficult. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Truly wish I could go back in time and choose any other available Ob-gyn.

I had major surgery successfully performed by Dr. Echt in 2020, and I received excellent care from start to finish. She gave me as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions before the surgery (I had a lot), was prompt in replying to my questions over the phone and keeping me up to date on lab results and procedural steps, and followed up during my recovery as often as needed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you are a young woman, steer clear. I had the worst experience with a UTI that the office seriously could have done better with. One of the medical aids was not wearing her mask above her nose and was touching all over her face. The communication and friendliness of the office staff needs serious revamping. As a nursing student with knowledge of how patients should be treated, this place is atrocious and could cause serious harm. Do not go here.

I am very upset during this Covid period with this Dr Echt office. I have been getting medicine prescribed by them. When I needed a refill the Pharmecy tried contacting them many times but no answer. Finally I got a hold of them and after a long wait she told me I owed them 50 dollars and would not renew any prescriptions. Of course I couldn't speak with the doctor directly. Disregarded and acted as if I was a nuisance in her day. Their office put an IUD in me that eventually caused an ovarian cyst to burst. When asked if they could check to see if it was decreasing since I was going in Africa for a service trip they said they were too busy. I immediately switched doctors and after looking at my ultrasounds my new doctor noticed an issue that eventually required surgery. Long story short I have two uteruses. How did you not catch that Ect after my IUD insert?

Lacks attention to detail. Failed to send over my prescription and blamed it on the pharmacist. I followed up and they promised to take care of it and they never did. I am now on day 3 without my medication due to pure laziness and disregard for patient health. It is so disappointing that a simple matter but meaningful task is handled with zero patient empathy and zero care even after steps are taken by the patient to correct the doctors mistake.

Dr. Echt has an exceptionally poor bedside manner. In short, she is cold. When my c-section wound (her work) was still oozing and open six weeks after surgery, she told me I should already be back at work & if I wanted to get paid for staying home I should move to Europe. rather than trying to get paid for staying home, I was concerned that a wound that should have been closed a month beforehand was still oozing, as was her PA. Her office charged me a premium for inspecting my wound that day.
