Bully Alert! My insurance kept telling me I needed a referral for specialist & they said no I don't. After abt 3 weeks of this arrogance they said ok they'll fax it. Made my appt w/other doc & went to it. Still no referral there. Called, said we're sending it now. 20 mins still no referral. Called again, said "ok we're really sending it now." Another 20 mins, still no referral. Desk girl shook her head at their despicable behavior, said she would find another Dr. (you don't say!) BULLIES!!
