I have been patient here for a few years and overall my experience had been pleasant. However, I have to say that, in my opinion, Dr. Sims lacks professionalism & empathy. She tends to openly express her (non medical) opinions & biased assumptions . For instance, when discussing family medical history, not knowing my fathers exact age leads her to assume that my father & I don't have a relationship, otherwise I'd know! How insulting!
