Oak Street portrayed ,caring, individual care, guidance and activities however, I have not found that to be true, coffee or water is only present for new registries, activities are coloring or non physical activities. 2 days a week. Also, if you are in crisis or lost a loved one, counseling is once a month. No follow up as suggested and took them 2 weeks to give me a referral.
