Love love love Dr. Hughes! My husband and i found her when we were looking for an RE&I specialist. Dr. Hughes explained our next steps to help us get pregnant and answered any question we had. Her staff is amazing too. We ended up not needing any help because we found out we were pregnant before doing iui. We are so sad to be discharged from dr. Hughes and her staff and onto our OB. We’ve only been with Dr.Hughes for 2 months and have only had a great experience.
Dr. Hessler and Nurse Jen G. are two of the most amazing health proffessionls I have ever met. The entire staff at IRMS Clark is amazing. They are all very kind and they actually care about the patient and the patient's goals. They are also extremely reassuring and calming which is integral when you are dealing with fertility. Love them so much and would highly reccomend them to anyone struggling with fertility issues.
I was so glad that I found IRMS and Dr. Cekleniak. I had been trying to conceive for 2 years and and my initial testing did not indicate any abnormal findings. With her help and guidance we embarked on IVF with PGS and learned our underlying issue really related to abnormal embryos. We needed PGS to determine which of our embryos was normal and after doing SET (single embryo transfer) we had our beautiful, healthy baby boy in March, 2017. I will be back for baby #2!!!!!
I found Dr. Hessler to be very down to earth and extremely easy to understand. She explained all of the possible treatment options available to my husband and I before we decided what treatment made sense for us to start with. I really appreciated that we got to meet with our Nurse Jen and a Financial Counselor on our very first visit. I love the staff in the IRMS Clark office and that they have morning monitoring hours.
Been visiting this center since last year. First of all, you will find really rude and mean front desk manager.Her name is Hyland Thompson. She is really mean who thinks no end of herself. Doctor Patricia and other staff seems to be nice but this manager is rude to all the patients and is very demanding. I can not imagine having these type of people in the hospitals to treat patients specially when you are really sensitive in these kind of matters. She has no respect for patients or other staff. Dr. Hughes and her team are excellent. During my one year of treatments with them, I never had a single complain. Dr. Hughes always made me feel very comfortable, was happy to answer all of my questions and clear my doubts, and was always on top of my case. Her team made sure appointments were easy to schedule, lab results were always communicated on time, and my medication adjusted accordingly. Dr. Hughes and team are amazing! They really make you feel comforted through what can be a scary and emotional time. I appreciated the time that Dr. Hughes spent with both me and my husband to discuss the medical background behind the procedures and also to answer any questions we had. I know some clinics have technicians do their ultrasound monitoring, but 99% of the time, I had Dr. Hughes herself. Dr. Hughes is amazing! I never had such a great experience with a doctor. Her staff was so understanding and helpful. I highly recommend her to everyone! I would never go to anyone else.
Dr. Hughes is a highly professional doctor who closely monitors every single step of the treatment. Her treatment schedule is highly suitable for people who has full work load. Throughout the entire treatment I had over 20 visits but I have never waited more than 15 minutes and the hours of treatment never affected my very heavy work schedule. Her staff is super nice.
