I have been a patient of Dr England for about 3 years. I find her to be an excellent doctor. I sometimes have a wait in the waiting room, but she’s worth it. She has many patients and spends the time they need with them and can get behind schedule. She has been very thorough each visit. She checks my labs and meds and explains diagnosis & treatment regimens very clearly. She is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I look forward to my next appointment with her.
I have had three visits with dr. England since starting September 2022. Each visit she has been late 30-60 minutes. Then she rushes through my appointment, not listening to my concerns, not explaining what the tests/meds are for. She gives a very negative vibe, wanting to put me on numerous meds. She left off a crucial lab test so it needs to be done again. Fortunately the office staff in SLO have been good. Had a helpful session with the dietitian. But this doctor needs to make improvements to keep her patients.
