I have been to a lot of different therapists in my life. Which is unfortunately not something I think people want to experience but life just threw a lot of things at me that I’ve had difficulty processing. I can’t emphasize enough how good Dr Dixon is. I’ve had therapists that just feel like a validation mirror and that’s it. They just sit there, hand you tissues when appropriate, and say - That must be hard. Dr Dixon is a compassionate and knowledgeable psychologist. I have been in her care for several years and I have learned so much about myself. She specializes in EMDR and couples counseling but she also does individual counseling. I am grateful that I am lucky enough to be one of her patients
Very poor experience. Would not recommend. She is not certified in EMDR.
