An outstanding rheumatologist. I have serve rheumatoid arthritis and had been treated earlier by Yale physicians in Connecticut. Dr. Kinsella is better! Very scientifically knowledgeable, compassionate, communicates exceptionally well, and always is seeking the best for me. I appreciate greatly having her care in Bellingham.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a doctor. Dr. Kinsella was rude, dismissive, and insensitive. How awful to treat patients that way!

I always get the best information and help from Dr. Kinsella for my arthritis and other related issues. I've been a patient for several years and my condition is tolerable now. I believe she has my best interests at heart when she talks with me. She is always ready to listen and give her honest opinion, with well-thought-out information. I would recommend her to anyone.

Terrible bedside manner, made me cry at my first appointment with her; I do not recommend.

Her bedside manner is lacking, won't listen to you and cuts you off when you are trying to explain what is wrong. She might be knowledgable but I wouldn't go back.

How does she keep patients coming back with her bedside manner? Most insensitive Dr. in history

Just horrible! How does she keep any patients with that bedside manner?

Poor bedside manner and communication skills. Office manager is dishonest and vindictive. My appointment was cancelled without informing me until I showed up. When I complained about the lack of customer service I was summarily dropped as a patient. Dr. Godzilla supports her office manager regardless of the facts. Stay away from her and the guard dog at the gate.

It would be difficult to recommend Dr. Kinsella because although she is experienced and very knowledgable in the treatment of autoimmune disorders (particularly RA), her lackluster bedside manner has the effect of neutralizing her strengths. I don't think that she intentionally withholds compassion or care; she is simply not a warm person. My impression is that Dr. Kinsella "tries" to use her words to communicate concern, interest, and caring. But at a fundamental level she simply lacks warmth.
