Found this doctor to be callous abrupt, and wrong !
She was extremely rude to me every time I was in the office. I went it for a routine IUD removal, and she couldn’t find it. Fine. Went for an ultrasound the following week, they found it. The NEXT week, I went in to have it removed but she didn’t tell me anything about the ultrasound findings, didn’t explain to me the procedure with the scope, and was about to give me injections in my cervix until I burst into tears telling her how I have no idea what’s wrong, no one told me what’s happening or why I’m getting injections. Dr Burns is an excellent and very skilled doctor. I'm a physician so I certainly know who to avoid. She has been my doctor for years after performing an intricate successful surgery on me. I personally find her personality warm and genuine. But if I didn't, I would still take talent over a great bedside manner. I've met plenty of doctors over the years that had great bedside manners but lacked knowledge base and surgical talent . Those you should be careful of. Dr. Burns is top notch.
The staff and Dr. Burns couldn't have been nicer. I was well cared for and felt they listened to my concerns adequately.
