Dr. Lugo is absolutely the best neurologist I have ever had and as a lifelong migraine sufferer I have seen several neurologist. She has my treatments set perfectly for the best care possible. She is also helping my husband with cognitive issues. She gives her attention to the patient and listens to their concerns. She has a remarkable staff that always makes us feel comfortable.. Thank you Dr Lugo for your knowledge and care .
I have tried my best with this office to get anything that resembles good care but have failed at all levels. The inexperienced office staff has now gotten me denied on a medication that I have been taking for 8 years. The incompetence and FAILER on all levels is staggering. Be very careful if you are needing care through this office …the doctor seems just fine but everyone below her needs to be released or at best retrained.
