Taking advantage of sick patients. Charging exorbitant prices for telehealth follow-ups. Making appts go a few minutes over then sending surprise bills! $480 for a phone call. His staff are telling people he's a specialist. He's not, he's a GP with a special interest. He used to bulk bill. That's has changed since he realised he can take advantage of us I guess.
Dr Steiner is a very good Doctor but because I cancelled a few appointments he did not want to see me.... (Oops, My mistake). But the asian lady doctor which I was seeing at the same practice said that I could visit her anytime, and she didn't mind if I cancelled them. I found some of the staff unpleasant and unapproachable. Mixed feelings about returning. Probably more no than yes. Anyway. Thank You.
