Dr. Tan saved my dad's life yesterday. He removed a 15 lb tumor in an extremely complicated 8 hour surgery. We brought dad to Vanderbilt from Texas specifically to see Dr. Tan and now my father will get to enjoy his granddaughters for years to come! Top notch surgeon with a top notch bedside manner.
He is very caring and makes you feel comfortable. My husband and I really like him. He is a wonderful Dr.
My experience with Dr. Tan and his team at Vanderbilt was exceptional. From the first visit, to surgery, and follow up, Dr. Tan was respectful, kind, knowledgeable, patient and professional. His approach and the way in which he communicated the diagnosis and treatment plan to my husband and me instilled a confidence in him and his team that made my surgery and recovery experience so much easier because I felt confident that I was in good hands.
