Very professional. Took time to explain what was going to happen with my carpal tunnel surgery and about the recovery process. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

Not terribly impressed. I took a friend there who had previously had ankle surgery. The surgery on the ankle was excellent. Later on, my friend developed a herniated disc. She didn’t know this at the time, but went back to Dr. Roux’s office for the back/hamstring pain. Even though they knew that this is what she was coming in for, all the PA did was X-ray her foot and said all was well. What a waste of money and time. Is it that hard for them to actually look at the problem? I will not refer this practice to anyone.
