I had breast reduction surgery and unfortunately the outcome has been very disappointing. I was left with noticeable asymmetry and excess skin on the sides “dog ears” that were not addressed during the original surgery. Update : 4 months down the track now, only a hairline scar barely visible! Amazing! Great result. I couldn't be more happy. Also, the lesion pathology came back as a BCC, glad to have it gone. In 2016 & 2017 I had two breast reductions due to health reasons and cosmetic purposes. Although I have no complaint on the type of person Marcus is as a Dr I was disappointed that after a few months post first op I had to the have another surgery as not a lot, in my opinion, was reduced. I saw Dr Pyragius at short notice for an annoying bleeding lesion on my nose. He examined me, gave me a plan, I booked in to have it excised. Apart from the (unavoidable) local anaesthetic, it was painless, quick, easy. A review the following week showed it was healing perfectly. 2 wks down the track now, the tiny scar is softening, and I'm very very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr Pyragius.
