For the last year my skin was going through hell and no Dermatologist could seem to help me. Every time I had an appointment it was another steroid cream recommended. By late July due to my sensitive skin my face, chest and arms experienced burns all over from the creams. I was devastated and then I was referred to Dr. McFerren. Today was the first time I visited Dr Mcferren I was very pleased with him and his staff he is sweet caring and listens to you he took care of my problem am looking forward to seeing him in a year….thank you Dr Mcferren you made my day

i was really looking forward to my visit. i waited almost 6 months. my visit lasted less than 5 minutes. i was told to use medicated lotion, cetaphil, and sunscreen for my issues. there was no physical evaluation, i have a keratosis(?) on my elbow but there is also elbow pain at times, i feel there could have been an orthopedic refferal given to check underlying issues. imy skin issues are minimal but even when noticing a red mark near the hyperpigmentation on my forehead the doctor failed to further examine. the whole visit... read more
Dr. McFerren is a professional, who not only listens to you - he actually hears and addresses your concerns. He, Roxy and the office staff made my visit welcoming and worthwhile. I was happy to see positive results very quickly. His initial instructions were very clear and the follow up he provided was reassuring. He is my dermatologist of choice. He earns 5 stars and more.
