Dr. McFerren helped me with two separate issues, including a surgical procedure. Highly recommend him and his office!
I waited for an appointment with Dr. McFerren for 5 months. I went in specifically for help with peeling hyperpigmentation, and he barely looked at the area before completely downplaying my concerns and telling me it was “normal.” After the third time expressing that the spots change daily and peels, he finally agreed to take a sample—yet didn’t even bother to clean off the deodorant before swabbing it. Great initial visit!
For the last year my skin was going through hell and no Dermatologist could seem to help me. Every time I had an appointment it was another steroid cream recommended. By late July due to my sensitive skin my face, chest and arms experienced burns all over from the creams. I was devastated and then I was referred to Dr. McFerren.
