I had the pleasure to have Dr. Sid as my new primary. He is absolutely amazing. Not only does he have good bedside manners, he's very thorough, efficient and gets things done. He never rushes any appointments. When he's with you, he doesn't talk at you, he talks to you. And he actually listens and doesn't brush off anything you tell him. Im blessed to have him in my corner and to have as has my Primary Bridget Palazzo
The answering service or call center that takes calls for this doctor I would give them a -5 Very rude Trying to schedule an appointment as new patient not a good experience. Office management should definitely look into it, Try picking up the phone and calling as a patient
This is my second time leaving a review. I removed the first one since the response got better after informing them of the review but seems like this office just has some issues they need to work out. Very nice people just not the best at responding and sending medications
