I've taken my Dad to see Dr. Mazzela. We both like him alot (my Dad is really hard to please!). He always explains things in a way that we understand and patiently answers our questions. The staff for the most part is very friendly and the office has always been clean. I don't think we have ever waited more than 15 minutes and if that long always apologizes. Thank you Dr. Mazzela and staff.
The reception and stress test staff were wonderful here. However, the Cardiologist (Dr. Mazzella) has no respect for maintaining the integrity of his appointments or your time. I will not be visiting this facility again for my next Cardiology review. When are medical professionals going to have to be by the same standards you and I are? If you or me are late, they tell you that you need to reschedule. How about we give them a bill for our time, and not providing service in a timely manner for them being late.
