Dr. Benitez is very thorough. During my first visit he took me seriously (which is a rare thing these days) and he ordered a lot of different tests. I appreciate how hard he's trying to figure out what's wrong with me.
Dr Benetiz, his staff and especially his wife is very rude. I go to Dallas every month to see a doctor rather than be bothered with this office.
His staff and nurses are great, but he often seemed unprepared for appointments.
So there's a sign talking about respect in this office and disrespect will NOT be tolerated, but the nurse who completed the test was rude as hell. The patient asked questions and she's acting like she doesn't want to answer them or annoyed cause the patient asked. Didn't explain the test to the patient before she started like the patient should have googled electromyography if she wanted to know what it meant.
