Dr. Benitez , and his staff have been excellent, to me. Dr. Benitez is the first Dr. who’s listened and done the research to find what best helps me and my conditions. I would recommend him as a neurologist to anyone.
I’d honestly give this man negative stars if it would let me. Rude, vile, does not give a care in the world about his patients. Personally I’d rather not be here than to ever have to be in this doctors care ever again. This is your warning: GO SOME PLACE ELSE. Pay out of pocket if you must!!!
They never answer the phone or return calls. Also the doctor isn't always there in person.
Sometimes doesn't even show up to the office. They have you drive there to have a video call, and the lady at the window is rude as hell.
