Dr Benetiz, his staff and especially his wife is very rude. I go to Dallas every month to see a doctor rather than be bothered with this office.
His staff and nurses are great, but he often seemed unprepared for appointments.
So there's a sign talking about respect in this office and disrespect will NOT be tolerated, but the nurse who completed the test was rude as hell. The patient asked questions and she's acting like she doesn't want to answer them or annoyed cause the patient asked. Didn't explain the test to the patient before she started like the patient should have googled electromyography if she wanted to know what it meant. When it comes to the elderly people sometimes you have to repeat yourself and explain carefully. And to top it off ... read more
