They never answer the phone or return calls. Also the doctor isn't always there in person.
Sometimes doesn't even show up to the office. They have you drive there to have a video call, and the lady at the window is rude as hell.

Doe anyone ever answer the phone? Their automatic message states their send patients text reminders for appointments but they do not. Then they have the unmitigated gall to charge 45 dollars for missed appointments! This is the most unprofessional outfit I have ever seen. I get the impression this is a scam and there is something illegal going on at this office. My mother was referred to him by her insurance company otherwise we would have nothing to do with him.
