Nice facility and Dr Benitez was very informative
Doe anyone ever answer the phone? Their automatic message states their send patients text reminders for appointments but they do not. Then they have the unmitigated gall to charge 45 dollars for missed appointments! This is the most unprofessional outfit I have ever seen. I get the impression this is a scam and there is something illegal going on at this office. My mother was referred to him by her insurance company otherwise we would have nothing to do with him. I thought they all respected the patient and took time to explain all up coming test. He.is very busy sometimes.
