Not very friendly and very rough.
I was given an appointment when I phoned in with a problem... although Dr. Pearlstone was off, I was in to see Dr. Tejada within 48 hours of my initial phone call, which is very rare, in my experience. Dr. Tejada was pleasant personable, and asked pertinent questions concerning my problem. It was an almost-painless visit, and I did not have to wait long at all.
Dr Tejeda Marcia, with my first time meeting her was very dismissive, didn't introduce herself and came in asking “what are you here for?”, didn't even want to hear about my problem or see pictures I had to show and then gave me an irrelevant test when that was irrelevant to my problem. Was very dismissive over seeing the pictures and kept rolling her eyes and seemed very annoyed I was even there
Always a quick and pleasant experience here. Dr. Tejeda is amazing, as are all of her staff there. I was seen on time, my concerns were listened to, and I was given great feedback. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Tejeda.
