SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Waited a month for this appointment. They called and confirmed my insurance over the phone and was never told they do not except my insurance. Went to my appointment, waited 45 mins filling out paper work for them to tell me I have to pay a big copay before the doctor sees me because they do not except my insurance. Why could they not tell me over the phone? I live an hour away in the keys at the that! I asked to speak with the manager and they said "That's how it is" No sorry no apology. Terrible communication I been waiting 2 1/2 months for my appointment they call me Friday to confirm my Tuesday appointment and now today Monday a 2pm they call me to tell me that the doctor doesn’t take our company insurance anymore. Terrible waste of time. Bad service and communication
