Wonderful doctor! Performed a cardio inversion treatment on my elderly parent. Given her advanced age her general cardiologist kept putting off treatment. Luckily, Dr Jimenez didn’t discount her because of her age. He carefully listened to her and explained her options. The treatment was fast and completely effective, making a big difference in her quality of life.
This place has the worst office staff I’ve ever seen. My mother was scheduled to have a defibrillator procedure and at 4:30pm the day before I received a call from the scheduling person stating that she wasn’t cleared to do the procedure! I had to call the primary care physician to get that done which is their job to do. After it was rescheduled I received a call from the hospital stating that my mother was to be off of a certain medication 4-7 days before the operation or it couldn’t be done.
