She is a caring and understanding Doctor.
Review on front desk scheduling. Customer service sucks. Called two days ago and left a voice mail and my call was not returned. Called again and lead with that and no empathy, no I'm sorry we haven't reached out or anything. Then I asked for an appointment and she asked what insurance I was using. When I informed her, she stated the DR is not taking new patients under the age of 65. Then why ask what insurance I'm using, wth. Horrible experience.
I encountered Carla, a medical assistant, who exhibited rudeness and unprofessionalism. She displayed an unwillingness to provide assistance. Additionally, the doctor was uncooperative and also unwilling to aid. I would not recommend seeking medical care at this facility due to this experience.
