This guy is a joke. Does not listen to his patients. Does not even do any type of exam and looks and says you have no infection. Didn’t ask issues how ur feeling anything. Then if u question him he’s very Rude. Like an angry Joe Biden. Save yourself time go find another infectious Disease Doctor. One that cares for his patients. Shame on Cleveland Clinic in Dover for having a Rude out of touch Doctor working for them.
The receptionist is a very disrespectful and rude woman! The doctor I had an appointment with left because I was 5 minutes late to his office in which it was my first time going to his location. Mind you I drove over an hour to this office! To be working in an infectious disease office and to be so rude to a patient it highly inconsiderate of the office. Given the severity and stress the patient is already under then to treat them like scum is horrific and I’m traumatized!!
I would give this office one star if I could, but it is not an option. I went in for a recurring temp. I have had for almost 2 years since my 1st infection from covid-19, Oct. 2020. The 1st visit was very fast, asked to take my temp. 2x's daily for a month and get bloodwork. When I returned, I dealt with some extremely curt front desk staff again. 1st I was told my appointment was at 1 p.m....I am attaching a photo showing it was indeed at 2 p.m. when I showed up, who then began talking down to me about being late and acting... read more
I've called multiple times to try to pay my bill & nobody ever seems to work at this office. You cant pay online & the answering service cant take payment. horrible.
